If you meet one of the following criteria, please do not attend our rooms in person if you have a face-to-face appointment booked. Please contact our reception staff on 03 99891676 to inform them, so that your consultation can be changed to telehealth:
- If you have a positive COVID test (RAT/ PCR)
- If you have a fever, cough, sore throat, or shortness of breath (or any other COVID symptoms)
- If you are considered a close contact of someone who has tested positive for COVID-19.
